This morning began as they often do here.......planning my activities for the day....running an errand, working on a special quilt, etc. Typical. Until I went to the mailbox. You know, sometimes things happen that just make you wonder......and smile. And, be grateful. It happened this morning. I went out to the mailbox, expecting the usual bills and junk mail....but along with the mail found this. A beautiful bird's nest! Put there, I expect by a friend. Who? I have no idea, but I am grateful to have such a kind and thoughtful friend. THANK YOU, Special Friend!!!

Yes, I was rewarded this morning with a beautiful nest, by a beautiful friend.

ReplyDeleteThis is such a lovely gesture in more ways than putting a smile on your face. Someone wants to give you a lift. Someone honors the effort of that little bird making a comfy home for her family and gift it to someone who would appreciate and keep it. The Universe rewards us all in one way or another.
