I am remembering one year ago today...at twelve minutes past ten in the morning...the passing of my 'old navy man.' The year has seemed so short, but the days so very long. I miss this face in my life.....but seeing it here helps me remember all the good times. So many, over forty-seven and half years.
And, here we are in earlier times. Yes, I do remember.....and always will. My hero forever!♥
Until next time stay safe and warm out there. pat

Your old navy man and my dad (also an old navy man) both passed on the same day, although my dad went at 12:47 AM. What a roller coaster year for both you and I.
Hugs and blessings to you, Pat. :)
How sad your heart must be, it must be hard every single day without him.
I am sure you will always remember the sweet and happy times together.
Best wishes and hugs from across the pond.
Dear Pat
Keep your chin up. I love that you have not shriveled away, but met the challenge head on. Sweet memories of you time together sustain you and I am so glad for that. Thank you for sharing these lovely pictures. Stay strong this month and keep your friends close.
MUCH love
Carol
I'm sorry, I know everyday has to be hard without him, but you will always have your memories.
Hope you made it thru the holiday and had a good visit with your son.
As long as he's in your heart, he'll always be with you.
Warmth and happiness to you.

Sweet Pat, I was thinking about you the other day as I opened the old hymnal and found the handwritten note inside that was written by you. You have been in my thoughts so often....and I guess I should have shared this with you prior to this comment here. We do miss those we love so very much. I also miss Sharon....
What a sweet picture of the old Navy man.....God Bless you....

My dear Pat, the year seems to have flown. I'll bet the Old Navy Man is smiling that same sweet smile down at you, and I'll bet he is so proud of you. xoxo
